2026 Appliance & Electronics World Expo (AWE2026)
The Appliance & Electronics World Expo (AWE), founded by the China Household Electrical Appliances Association (CHEAA) in 1992, is held annually in March in Shanghai and is recognized as one of the word's top three exhibitions for household appliances and consumer electronics.
Under the theme “Smart AI, Smarter Future,” AWE2026 spotlights the accelerated evolution of smart scenarios such as smart lifestyle. AWE2026 will adopt a new format: One Expo, Two Venues. In addition to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), the event will also be held at the exhibition area of the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone (Eastern Hub IBCZ). AWE 2026 will not only focus on the household appliance, but also embracing the state-of-art technology which leading the industry forward.
To support China's high-standard opening-up strategy, foster a new development paradigm for the consumer electronics industry, and accelerate the dual circulation of domestic andinternational markets, AWE2026 has established a key exhibition area at the
Eastern Hub IBCZ. This will be the first large-scale international exhibition hosted in the zone since it began closed operation.
