Catersource

Catersource was created in 1992 by Michael Roman and Bernice Phillips, with its primary mission to offer support and education for professional caterers. The primary focus of catersource is to provide business and culinary education for all types and sizes of companies that offer catering to their customers-including on and off-premise caterers, banquet facilities, restaurant and club facilities, contract non-commercial caterers, and other foodservice professionals. In addition, catersource provides consulting, training and evaluation for all types of catering businesses. Michael and Bernice also started the original annual catersource conference and tradeshow, as well as the catersource journal, which was the savvy beginning of what is now the leading catering industry publication catersource Magazine.
