The All India Plastics Manufacturers' Association was founded in 1945. The membership of association is voluntary and comprises of over 2,500 members plus 12,000 affiliated members. The members include raw material manufacturers, plastic processors, plastic machinery manufacturers, dies / mould makers, traders in plastic raw materials and finished goods, consultants, engineers, state institutions etc.
AIPMA acts as a participant in National and International exhibition to boost the Indian Plastics Industry. AIPMA also organized National Exhibition and Seminar viz. "PLASTIVISION INDIA" once in 3 years as a mega event for five times.
