About Shiptec China

Shiptec China, the new brand originally called Shiport China, dedicated to continuously serving the maritime industry since the year of 2010. The mission statement of Shiport China that established in 1998 and developed through the past twelve years, will remain and to be carried on. In 2008, its previous edition, Shiport China, attracted 462 exhibitors from over 20 countries and regions on total exhibition area of 20,000 square meters. More than 12,000 visitors were recorded during the 4 days exhibition cum forums, academic conference and seminars. This represents a 20% increase in the number of visitors, and greater participation was drawn from the world maritime industry. The scale of the show has grown increasingly larger, as well as the scope of products on display.

Shiptec China is scheduled to take place 26-28 October 2010 at Dalian World Expo Center in Dalian, the beautiful seashore city that historically well known for shipbuilding industry and geographic shipping advantages. Shiptec China is the largest and most influential maritime industry fair in North China, and it is playing a much more important role to link up different sectors and industry sectors such as ports, shipping, shipbuilding, freight forwarding and to maintain a healthy and sustained development of the world maritime industry.
