Benefits for consumers and suppliers
At the request of its customers or suppliers, ERDF performs a number of benefits.
Connection. ERDF provides the physical connection of a facility or site to the public network distribution of technical and financial conditions defined statutorily and contractually. The bridge benefit includes:

- connecting the installation.
Commissioning. After the completion of the connection, ensures ERDF commissioning of the plant at the request of the electricity supplier chosen by the customer.
Troubleshooting. ERDF provides network troubleshooting at any time. A dedicated hotline is available to customers 7/7, 24h/24.
