About the training

The training center offers you a new product on the market, vocational training - training in innovative methods - "The strategic breakthrough or how to apply the strategy of" blue ocean "for his company." This strategy has achieved leadership and bring to market new products to such companies as Apple, Circus Du Soleil, Nokia, Samsung, LG and many others.

Features of the training

  • Uniqueness. Training conducted a top manager and managing partner of Telecomika (Ludmila Neborsky).
  • Individual approach and support after the training. Each participant after the training will have the opportunity to work individually and complexity issues in solving applications for project management, business development, etc. on the individual coaching sessions. After passing the training, participants will:

  • practice skills to find new opportunities to generate demand among consumers;
  • able to overcome organizational obstacles in the company during the implementation of the updated or new strategies, launching a new product or service.

Methods of work with the audience

  • The training is based on sequential elaboration of the methodology and tools for the strategy of "blue ocean" and working out the practical business cases. During the training, all participants involved in the elaboration of the theory into practice, and the resulting information. Each Party shall, within two days to take part in the development of the business project, prepared by the trainer.
  • After training, each participant will be given the opportunity to hour and a half three individual sessions with professional business coaches, where the participant will be able to more deeply and personally work through issues to resolve their problems.
  • The training is also provided for the participants of online support manager for a month after undergoing training in the format of the question \ answer by e-mail.
