About the trade show

The maritime environment is key within the Asia-Pacific region due to the narrow channels between countries and the large threat of piracy. Many nations in Asia place Maritime Security at the top of their agenda as much of the country’s trade and exports are generated from the Maritime environment through Oil Drilling and Fisheries.   With the current maritime territories becoming under scrutiny in the South China Sea and the Indian Ocean, Maritime Security is a key talking point in the region. With the threat of the crisis intensifying Ports become more vulnerable to attacks through “lone wolfs” or through military force. A pivotal tool for protecting your Maritime Domain is through surveillance used from onshore terminals or through offshore underwater imagery and satellite imagery. Keeping a close key on what is happening in your maritime domain is becoming increasingly important with piracy on the rise and more naval patrol ships manning the seas. With more ports in the region than anywhere else in the world - securing these ports from trespassers and from CBRN threats is becoming fundamental to national security.

Don't miss the chance to participate in our inaugural Maritime Security Asia event discussing:

- Maritime Domain Awareness

- Port Security

- Maritime Surveillance

- Anti-Piracy

- CBRN Maritime threats
