About the trade show

Dolce Italia: the sweetest experience
Established by the AIDI (Italian Association for Confectionary Industry), its goal is to extend the knowledge of Italian sweets in Italy and abroad. The trade show has already become a principal reference point for all the related Italian producers and for business operating in this sector Their attendance and interest confirm the success and the prestige of the Italian tradition in sweets and desserts.
This growing success finds its roots in the quality of the ingredients, the endless range of flavours and tastes, and an ancient confectionary tradition that continues thanks to an industrial production. For more than 100 years the confectionary industry has carried on this heritage, paying close attention to nutritional value and packaging as well as marketing and refined expression of the Italian aesthetics and taste.
With more than 300 exhibitors from I I countries, Dolce Italia is also the largest and the most complete display of confectionary products where Made in Italy plays the leading part. Nonetheless, international exhibitors and products are important because they enrich the panorama of the products offered and encourage exchanges.
