EMD program will be launched in S-Petersburg

UFI, the global association of exhibition industry, announces the schedule of the educational events in 2008. In addition to annual six-seven seminars, UFI offers the educational programs, developed jointly with scientific establishments. Among them is the Exhibition Management Degree program - EMD. The program is developed by Steinbeis teaching center (ECE) Germany. In 2008 the EMD will be launched in S-Petersburg and Budapest. It consists of four modules: two internal (in S-Petersburg and Budapest) and two distance (internet) courses.

The program is intended to increase the educational level of exhibition professionals. Among the teachers are professional foreign speakers from the leading universities and top-managers of exhibition sector. EMD course is supposed to provide deep market research, exhibition marketing (CRM, public relations, financial issues and event marketing), logistics (booth construction, exhibition suppliers management, informative activity). The program includes a wide range of modules on business administration and practice knowledge.
