Andaman Marine Consultants is the working base of managing director Andy Dowden and is a registered as a limited company in Phuket, Thailand.

AMC carries out marine surveys, project management, and is the Thailand distributor for Maxwell Marine Products.

Andy Dowden is an English marine engineer and has lived in Thailand since 1984. He has been involved in most aspects of the marine industry since its small beginnings in the late 80s. He was involved in the development of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta for many years and was President in 2002.
